Refund Policy
Important - we have two return policies depending on the product you ordered. For any type of product, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns of product that was delivered in a damaged or defective state.
To qualify for a return/refund, please follow the proper policy for the items you would like to return.
One for TheraPurrs talking, stuffed cats
One for TheraPurrs Merchandise (eg, t-shirts, mugs, etc.)
Return Policy for TheraPurrs Merchandise. This includes, t-shirts, mugs, etc. This does NOT include talking, stuffed cats.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at Support@TheraPurrs.com. Please let us know if you would prefer to receive a replacement product or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged product.

We will assess the pictures and determine if the product may qualify for a refund.
If we contact you and inform you that the product was accepted for a return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
