Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE:

Place your orders on or before December 12 to ensure delivery prior to Christmas!

ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS

USA - Orders shipping to U.S. addresses:

Orders will be shipped to the address you provided during the checkout process.  Please make sure you provide the address.

Cancellations

We get to work processing your order as soon as it is submitted, so unfortunately we can't cancel or change your order even if you have not yet received a tracking number. Your delivery address cannot be changed after you place your order.  We will deliver to the address you provide and cannot “undo” the address you provide.  Please make sure you enter the proper address.

Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please refer to our Return Policy.

Damaged Items
If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please refer to our Return policy.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheraPurrs and Shopify, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of any of Shopify or TheraPurrs' services.
